• You have completed training as a registered nurse HF/FH
• Openness and interest in demanding change processes characterize you and motivate you to participate actively in further developments
• High resilience, flexibility, and a structured way of working enable you to maintain an overview even in demanding situations
• Empathy and high social competence in dealing with postpartum women, newborns, gynecological patients, relatives, and learners is a prerequisite for this responsible, versatile task
