Job Description

You lead and support the organizational and administrative tasks. Ensuring high-quality nursing care and support for clients is among your daily tasks. You constantly have the professional leadership and support of the nursing team, as well as the coordination of nursing assignments, under control. You take on responsibility and adhere to quality standards.

Requirement Profile

• Completed training as a nursing specialist or equivalent qualification
• Leadership experience in nursing
• High social competence and communication skills
• Organizational skills, flexibility and resilience
• Good IT skills
• Driver's license Cat. B
• German in spoken and written form
