For a Spitex organization in the Luzerner Vorderland, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (60-100 %) for a temporary assignment starting immediately or by arrangement. On your tours, you will meet people with very different needs and bring your expertise directly into their everyday lives. In doing so, you make nursing decisions on-site and can simultaneously rely on the professional support of a well-coordinated team.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Take responsibility for the professional nursing and care of your clients on your tours
• Assess the current nursing needs and implement the appropriate measures directly on-site
• Safely perform demanding nursing and medical-technical procedures
• Exchange information with relatives, doctors, and other specialists and ensure well-coordinated care

You offer your new employer:

• You hold a diploma as a Pflegefachperson HF/FH or have corresponding SRK recognition
• Ideally, you are already familiar with Spitex; alternatively, you bring sound nursing experience from another area
• You can safely assess situations on-site and know which nursing steps are required when
• You organize yourself well even with changing assignments and reliably keep an eye on your tour
