Bilingual Nurse FR / ANG (m/f/d)

Your mission

Within a multidisciplinary team, you ensure the global care of young adolescents in a demanding international environment. You play a key role in health promotion, prevention, routine care, and the management of emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nursing care for young people, employees, and visitors
• Evaluate and manage acute situations and common health problems
• Administer treatments and ensure the follow-up of medical prescriptions
• Perform first aid and intervene during medical emergencies
• Ensure clinical monitoring and support for patients requiring observation
• Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in health promotion and therapeutic education
• Keep medical records up to date and ensure rigorous documentation
• Contribute to the protection and well-being efforts for the young people welcomed
• Participate in the continuity of care during day, evening, night, or weekend shifts

Profile

• Recognized nursing diploma in Switzerland or Swiss Red Cross equivalence
• Fluent French and English (minimum level B2)
• Professional experience with children, adolescents, or in school, pediatric, community, or emergency settings
• Excellent clinical skills and assessment capacity
• Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and priority management
• Ability to remain calm in emergency situations
• Interpersonal skills and excellent intercultural communication
• Sense of confidentiality, ethics, and teamwork
