Introduction

For an established and modern Spitex organization, we are looking for a committed personality as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF

Tasks

Planning and implementation of needs assessments

Case management as well as responsibility for the entire nursing process

Deployment in complex nursing situations

Promotion of high-quality and needs-oriented nursing care

Professional support of the nursing team

Collaboration with internal and external specialists

Profile

Tertiary or comparable nursing training (HF, DN II, AKP)

Professional experience in Spitex is an advantage, but not mandatory

Experience in needs assessment; interRAI HC certificate is an advantage, but not a requirement

Independent and responsible way of working

High professional competence and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
