The IKA Rosengasse is the joint elderly and nursing institution of the municipalities of Fehraltdorf, Russikon and Weisslingen. With 32 nursing places and 23 elderly apartments, it offers older people a home that combines self-determination, security and quality of life. Looking to the future, the co-design of a new building or a renovation as well as the strategic realignment of the institution are at the center of an exciting development phase (see also ).

Your main tasks:
professional, personnel and organizational management of the nursing and care team in cooperation with the deputy and the topic owners
ensuring and further developing the holistic, high quality of nursing for the best possible individual care of the residents
responsibility for the economical use of personnel and material resources
managing the nursing documentation BesaDoc (switch to Rai LTCF in autumn)
education responsibility in cooperation with the vocational trainers and main responsibility for the training and further education of the P&B area
solution-oriented cooperation, in particular with the management of Hotel Management & Gastronomy as well as with the home physician and the external service providers
member of the executive board and assumption of various administrative and representative tasks (e.g. creating and changing duty rosters, presence on public holidays and events)
responsible for admission inquiries (elderly center and elderly apartments)
Your profile:
diploma nursing professional HF / FH
experience and expertise in gerontology as well as palliative care (desirable)
leadership training and experience as well as strong professional, self and social competence
conceptual and organizational skills, networked thinking and basic business administration knowledge
flexibility, resilience, empathy and a high degree of sense of responsibility
strong social and communicative skills and a winning manner
very good German skills (spoken and written) and willingness to take on administrative tasks
proficient in handling MS Office and nursing and planning applications (GeoCon)
