Sought position:
Healthcare Specialist EFZ / Healthcare Specialist EFZ long-term care (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Professional care and support of the residents
Carrying out basic care and treatment care according to qualification and care planning
Support with personal hygiene, nutrition and mobilization
Promoting independence and maintaining quality of life
Observation of the health status and forwarding of relevant changes
Documentation of care services
Cooperation with nursing professionals, doctors and relatives
Co-shaping a respectful and appreciative daily care routine

Your profile:

Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ or Healthcare Specialist EFZ
Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
Good German language skills in speaking and writing
Empathy and enjoyment in caring for older people
Responsible, reliable and team-oriented way of working
Independence and resilience in daily care
Readiness for shift and weekend services depending on the employing company

Working regions:
Various regions in German-speaking Switzerland, depending on the employing company.
