What you will do with us ##

• Technical and personnel leadership of the positioning care team for 7-8 OR rooms
• Supervision of the plaster room
• Interprofessional coordination of specialist processes in positioning care
• Development and updating of standards
• Implementation of process adjustments and innovations
• Supervision and procurement of the specific material, device, and instrument range

What you bring with you ##

• Healthcare professional EFZ or equivalent training
• Completed advanced training course in positioning care and experience in plaster and bandaging technology
• Several years of professional experience as an OR positioning care specialist
• Completed leadership course or the willingness to complete one
• High technical, social, and leadership competence
