Assistant in community nursing and healthcare

(M/F)

Activity rate between 60% and 80%

Permanent indefinite contract

Your mission

• Dispense delegated medico-technical care and basic care in close collaboration with the nurse for quality care of clients
• Contribute actively to the maintaining of clients at home through prevention and health promotion measures while taking into account individual needs with personalized care and by promoting the autonomy of clients
• Participate in the development of the therapeutic project of the clients within the interdisciplinary team by collecting and transmitting your observations and proposals
• Participate in development projects and working groups around the continuous improvement of services in the field of home help and care
• Collaborate actively in the activities of interdisciplinary teams with your own role allowing you to value your profession as an ASSC as a full stakeholder in the health system

Your profile and your skills

• CFC as ASSC or title deemed equivalent (foreign diploma recognized by the CRS)
• Experience in the medico-social field and a marked interest in community health
• Ability to collaborate in a network and multidisciplinarity
• Sense of responsibility and professional ethics
