What you can contribute
Analyze the risks and success factors related to effective monitoring and steering of regional medical services (SMR)
Develop documents and position papers for the monitoring and steering of SMRs in accordance with art. 64a LAI and art. 47 ff RAI
Write reports for the management of the domain, sectors, SMRs and AI offices
Establish and maintain contacts with the SMRs, the medical profession, the Federal Commission for Quality Assurance of Medical Expert Opinions (COQEM) and the AI training center (CFAI)
Examine the files of insured persons on behalf of the Audit sector and other sectors as well as within the framework of the OFAS objective agreement process with the AI offices
What makes you unique
Federal medical diploma or a medical diploma recognized in Switzerland, with FMH specialist title or equivalent
Experience in insurance medicine or occupational medicine; excellent knowledge of disability insurance and other social insurances
Good writing skills, mastery of an official language and ability to express oneself fluently in a second official language
Confidence, analytical skills, critical thinking, accuracy, autonomy and team spirit
Aptitude for interdisciplinary collaboration and networked thinking
Ability to develop digital solutions and interest in digital working methods
