Hearing Aid Acoustician & Area Manager Berner Oberland 100% (m/f/d)

YOUR TASK

• Independent activity as a hearing aid acoustician for approx. 50% in Berner Oberland and approx. 50% as Area Manager for 5-7 surrounding hearing centers
• Responsibility for turnover, new customer acquisition and growth in your region
• Analysis of relevant key figures and derivation of concrete measures as well as location-specific action plans for the sustainable optimization of the utilization and performance of the hearing centers
• Building and maintaining local partnerships (ENTs, pharmacies, opticians, doctors)
• Resource planning of the team including absences, holidays & overtime
• Regular hearing center visits and shadowing with feedback, coaching and practical training for the continuous further development of employees as well as to promote a uniform and customer-oriented way of working

YOUR PROFILE

• At least 5 years of experience as a successful hearing aid acoustician, with leadership experience
• Ideally, you live in Berner Oberland or in the immediate vicinity
• Good English skills
• Strong analytical skills & business understanding
• Pronounced leadership competence as well as experience in developing high-performance teams and in coaching and mentoring employees with a focus on motivation, further development and goal achievement
• Decisive, solution-oriented personality with a "can-do mentality"
