Your future employer is part of a nationwide service provider for life in old age with around 4'300 employees. The offering combines outpatient and inpatient services and ranges from independent assisted living to comprehensive care and Spitex services.

For a location in Bern, a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF or FaGe EFZ 60–80 % is being sought for the night shift, effective immediately or by arrangement. You accompany elderly people in a professional care environment and take on a central role during the night: You ensure care and support, provide security, and hold shift responsibility.

When it gets quiet, you are in demand

• Take on shift responsibility during the night and ensure professional and individual care and support
• Provide residents with security and react calmly and professionally even in emergency situations
• Carry out nursing documentation independently and completely, using CareCoach in the process
• Contribute to a pleasant living and working atmosphere with your open and positive manner

What you bring with you

• Training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF or Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ, professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Professional security and the ability to act independently and responsibly even in complex situations
• Joy in working with elderly people as well as a helpful, open, and humorous manner
• Good oral and written German skills as well as confidence in handling nursing documentation
