Your future assignment company is an acute care hospital in the Luzern region that cares for patients with various medical and nursing needs. The hospital offers a versatile inpatient environment in which different clinical pictures, treatment courses, and complex nursing situations are part of everyday life.

Accordingly, your assignment is designed to be varied. Health situations can change rapidly, priorities must be reset, and nursing measures must be continuously adapted. In doing so, you will work closely with doctors, FaGe, and other specialists and be part of an interprofessional team.

As a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH with a workload of 60 to 100 %, you will support the existing team temporarily. You can directly contribute your previous experience and at the same time get to know new processes, a different working environment, and further nursing situations.

Your tasks at the new employer:

• The individual care and support of patients in different acute treatment situations is among your central tasks
• In the nursing process, you plan, coordinate, and evaluate the necessary measures and react professionally to changes
• You perform medical-technical and therapeutic measures independently and professionally according to your competencies
• In the interprofessional team, you actively contribute your observations and your nursing assessment and ensure a good flow of information

You offer your new employer:

• A diploma as Pflegefachperson HF/FH or, in the case of a foreign degree, the corresponding SRK recognition
• Professional experience in nursing and ideally already practical experience in an acute care hospital
