To complete our Medic-Help team in the canton of Schwyz, we are looking for a registered nurse HF at 80% starting from 01.11.2026.

Your responsibilities ##

• Ensure and guarantee basic medical care to asylum seekers in the center taking into account existing directives (BEKO, SEM manual - medical access for asylum seekers and procedures at the BAZ, medication management guide, BAG manual for epidemic management and ORS processes)
• Direct and organize efficient triage according to urgency and severity, then coordinate with medical organizations (emergency, rescue organizations, doctors, dentists)
• Perform first medical aid in case of emergency, nursing care and measures prescribed by the doctor
• Organize, advise and sometimes personally conduct regular training for non-medical supervisors/center management in the field of basic medical care/emergency procedures and prevention
• Ensure contacts and information flow with doctors, counseling centers and other professionals
• Guarantee the permanence of the daily consultation
• Assume responsibility for care and management of medical files

Your profile ##

• Tertiary education: federal professional examination (federal diploma) or equivalent (e.g. HF diploma)
• Registered nurse HF / FH
• More than 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Team spirit, high social competence and sense of responsibility
• Composure in difficult situations and openness to different cultures
• Organizational talent and planning ability
• Basic knowledge and user of MS Office applications
• Clean criminal record (no entry in the debt enforcement register and criminal record)
• German | oral: C1 | written: C1
• French | oral: B1 | written: B1 (an asset)
• English | oral: B1 | written: B1
