Care and Support Assistant - 60% to 100% As a care and support assistant, you take charge of patients of all ages under the responsibility of the nursing staff, you perform basic care and support by providing constant assistance, while developing and fostering human relations. You also participate in the organization of daily activities to ensure their physical, mental and social well-being. You thus provide support and substitution in the activities of daily living for patients and in supporting their families. You ensure the cleanliness tasks of the environment close to the patient and contribute to their safety by respecting the current hygiene and asepsis rules. You actively participate in the prevention of complications related to hospitalization in collaboration with other healthcare professionals (pain, pressure ulcer prevention, fall prevention...). Qualifications You hold a Federal Certificate of Vocational Education and Training (AFP) as a care and support assistant (ASA) or an equivalent diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross or a French State diploma as an aide-soignant necessarily accompanied by the certificate of recognition from the Swiss Red Cross. You have professional experience in the healthcare field, ideally in a hospital setting, and have perfect command of French, both spoken and written. You demonstrate abilities to accompany patients through their hospital journey, and know how to adapt quickly to changes in work rhythm. You demonstrate a sense of welcome and communication and have the ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
