Your Role ###

As Founding Physio.ch for Zürich, you will take over the treatment of our patients predominantly directly in their homes - including after operations and hospital discharges, with limited mobility, in older age, as well as for neurological and musculoskeletal complaints.

• Independent physiotherapeutic assessment and evidence-based treatment at the domicile
• Professional, seamless progress documentation
• Clear, empathetic communication with patients and their relatives
• Interdisciplinary exchange with medical referrers and specialist centers as required
• Active thinking during the further development and optimization of our mobile processes

No negative hours in case of cancellations ###

• Full relief regarding utilization. Patient acquisition, scheduling, and demand are our responsibility - not yours.
• No hourly account risk. If free times arise because too few patients are available or appointments are cancelled at short notice, no negative hours will be incurred by you.
• Focus on the essentials: While other domicile providers often pass utilization gaps onto the hourly account, we consciously work differently. You focus fully on first-class physiotherapy - we build organization and demand around it.

What you bring with you ###

• Completed training as a Physiotherapist FH/HF or an equivalently recognized training (foreign diplomas with SRK recognition or in the ongoing recognition process)
• Professionally clean, structured, and independent way of working
• Joy in the individual care of people in their familiar home environment
• Reliability, strong communication skills, and commitment
• Willingness to be mobile in the region of Zürich Stadt and agglomeration
• Desire and initiative to actively help shape the buildup of our young company from the beginning
