Your tasks – Responsibility, expertise and humanity in nursing

• Holistic and individual nursing as well as care of patients in acute, inpatient or outpatient areas
• Professional implementation of nursing measures taking into account medical, nursing and social aspects
• Planning, organization and management of the nursing processes according to current nursing science standards
• Accompanying and supporting patients and their relatives during the entire treatment process
• Ensuring interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, therapists and other specialists for optimal patient care
• Implementation and monitoring of medical-technical measures such as medication management, infusion therapy, wound care or pain therapy
• Documentation of the implemented nursing measures according to legal and internal requirements
• Compliance with hygiene and quality guidelines to ensure high nursing quality

Your profile – Professional competence and commitment for professional nursing

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF
• Professional experience in inpatient or outpatient care is an advantage, but not mandatory
• High professional and social competence as well as strong empathy in dealing with patients and relatives
• Ability to act calmly, professionally and solution-oriented even in stressful situations
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation and teamwork skills
• Readiness for professional and personal development
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
