Station Park C offers adults between the ages of 18 and 60 support and help in mental crisis and stress situations. We work according to current clinical guidelines and findings of evidence-based medicine. The station's recovery-oriented therapeutic concept combines disorder-specific therapy elements with established crisis intervention techniques (Safewards concept) and milieu-therapeutic acting factors.
Your tasks
Your core tasks include the individual, professional nursing and care of the patients at night. You provide security on the station and, in cooperation with the doctors on duty, you can manage crises professionally. You use nursing diagnostics as a working instrument, support the implementation of individual nursing and crisis plans, and ensure a calm, stable atmosphere on the station. You orient your way of working according to the station and Safewards concept. The coordinated and multidisciplinary cooperation offers our patients the best possible treatment success.
Your profile
You have completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH and bring interest in the psychiatric field. You have empathy and the ability to act calmly and securely in crisis situations. Furthermore, you enjoy meeting our patients at eye level and have understanding for adults from the age of 18 for their specific problem-solving. If you are a team-oriented, communicative, and prudent personality, we look forward to receiving your application.
