Hôpital de La Tour is a high-level, private, independent, and human-sized acute care facility. It employs more than 1'200 collaborators and collaborates with more than 550 licensed physicians.

Our Endoscopy department welcomes outpatient and hospitalized patients for digestive and pulmonary endoscopic examinations. The team operates within the department, in the operating block, and in Intensive Care. It works in close collaboration with physicians, in a climate of trust and with a high level of requirement regarding safety and hygiene.

Endoscopy Nurse - CDM 10 months at 70% (ref: 2041)

Your mission:

You ensure the welcome, safety, and care of patients before, during, and after their endoscopic examination. In this capacity, you are in charge of:

• Assisting the physician during endoscopic procedures and the administration of sedation, ensuring the compliance of the medical devices used;
• Monitoring the patient after the examination and transmitting any useful information to the physician;
• Performing care within your own role and upon prescription, respecting hygiene and asepsis rules, adapting them to the needs of each patient;
• Ensuring targeted written and oral transmissions, and the proper maintenance of the care file;
• Coordinating and organizing the daily program, in connection with physicians and hospital assistants;
• Contributing to the smooth running of the department (orders, expirations, storage) and the entry of services;
• Taking part in colloquiums and the projects of the department and the institution.

We are looking for a profile meeting the following criteria:

• HES nurse diploma or training deemed equivalent (DE France);
• Right to practice in the canton of Genève (Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas);
• Professional experience in endoscopy, an asset;
• CAS "Pratique de l'endoscopie", a real asset;
• Rigor, sense of organization, capacity for adaptation, and team spirit;
• Sense of contact and service within the framework of a private establishment.

We offer you

• Contract type: contract for a maximum duration of 10 months (maternity leave replacement)
• Part-time: 70%
• Start date: 1er janvier 2027
• Place of work: Hôpital de La Tour, Meyrin
• Hours: between 8 and 10h / day (from Monday to Friday)
