In this role, you are the point of contact for referrers, patients, and our interprofessional management teams. In triage, you take on a central role in the assessment and clarification of inpatient, day-clinic, and outpatient referrals, thereby contributing to timely and needs-based treatment.

• You triage patients and assign them to the appropriate offer (outpatient, semi-residential, or inpatient)
• You are the first point of contact for internal specialist departments and external referrers
• You maintain and strengthen your network within the organization
• You work closely with managers from outpatient, inpatient, and day-clinic areas
• You actively contribute to the optimization of our processes (Lean approach)
• You recognize bottlenecks early and act in a solution-oriented and proactive manner

What you bring with you

• Diploma as Pflegefachperson HF with experience in psychiatry
• Ideally experience in patient triage or coordination
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• An open, reflective, and proactive personality
• Calmness, empathy, and overview - even in challenging situations
