Pflegefachperson HF/FH for case management The Gesundheitsnetz Küsnacht AG (GNK) with the Tägerhalde and Wangensbach age and health centers with around 130 residents as well as day care, Spitex, elderly living and counseling with a total of around 250 employees is a non-profit stock corporation wholly owned by the municipality of Küsnacht. Your new tasks * Assessment and case management in complex nursing situations * Assumption of complex care as well as guidance and delegation * Performance recording and nursing documentation using Nexus and RAI-HC * Management and design of the nursing processes * Active participation in the redesign of processes and standards * Induction of new employees What you bring * Completed training as Dipl.
