Ref 2581776 | Date: 29 Sept 2026 Institution de Lavigny Deployed across several sites, the Institution de Lavigny consists of a neurological hospital with outpatient consultations on two sites, two residential departments for adults with disabilities, one with an intellectual deficiency and one with a physical issue, a specialized school, and a workshops and professional training sector. The socio-educational residential department is recruiting. We are looking for a: Specialized Educator/Permanent contract-Activity rate to be agreed At the Institution de Lavigny, we provide daily support to adults with disabilities in various living environments: multiple disabilities, intellectual deficiency, aging. Your mission: * Accompany residents and organize daily life in the living environment, share and animate their daily routine by prioritizing trust and respect. * Ensure physical and psychological well-being, socialization of residents, and enhance their skills and social roles. * Observe the resident's health status daily and act appropriately according to needs (intervention, calling the care center and the doctor, informing colleagues and follow-up according to situations). * Implement personal projects according to the general aims and objectives of the living environment set during the interdisciplinary project meeting. * Work in close collaboration with the day team, the night team, and external stakeholders in a spirit of interdisciplinarity. * Promote and develop partnership in relations with families and legal representatives. * Participate in the development of sector and living environment projects as well as their application. * Contribute to the development of the quality of services to residents and the conditions in which they are delivered. Your profile: * ASE / ASSC / HES / ES diploma or recognized equivalence. * Experience in supporting persons with disabilities. * Driver's license.
