Your versatile field of activity
Nursing and counseling:
Ensuring needs-oriented, requirement-based and professional nursing and counseling in the home environment, including the social network. The goal is the stabilization of the domestic situation and the appropriate support of close relatives.
Responsibility for the nursing process and case management, including initial assessment and reassessment, recognizing changes, adapting the nursing plan and evaluating the measures implemented.
Coordination of services to promote efficient cooperation of all those involved in nursing and care.
Promoting the maintenance and recovery of individual skills, taking into account their resources and the social environment.
Taking on tasks in the practical training of students and apprentices, promoting knowledge and experience transfer within the team.

What you bring with you:
Degree as a Registered Nurse HF/FH
Sound theoretical and practical knowledge and practical experience in nursing
Willingness to take on responsibility and to participate in the design of outpatient nursing
Enjoyment of working with people and diverse nursing tasks
Organizational talent and empathetic communication
Driver's license category B
