Your tasks and perspectives ##

• Participation in the successful further development of the Campus-Apotheke of HOCH Health Ostschweiz at the St. Gallen location
• Dispensing, information, and instruction of the prescribed medicinal products for discharging inpatient and outpatient patients
• Support of your activities regarding logistics, procurement, and billing of the prescribed medicinal products using the common pharmacy software ProPharmaX as well as an automated storage solution
• Work assignment on four to five weekdays from 8:30 to 17:30 with daily responsibility, assignments on Saturday morning are by arrangement

What you bring for this position ##

• Completed studies in pharmacy (federal or recognized) and experience in community pharmacy - a practice permit (BAB) is an advantage
• Enthusiasm and initiative to significantly help shape and optimize the medication process, focused on our patients, at this important interface
• Interest in making an important contribution to increasing medication therapy safety in the interdisciplinary environment between the clinic, Campus-Apotheke, and hospital pharmacy
• Independent, responsible, and exact working style as well as the knowledge of communication as an important basis for successful cooperation
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form are a prerequisite
