In order to complete our cantonal team for pediatric home nursing care (SIPeD), we are looking for a:

Team Leader

ACTIVITY RATE
60%, possibility to increase the rate through field nursing activity. ATTACHMENT/LOCATION Lausanne Site MISSION
You ensure the management of a team of nurses. You contribute to the recruitment and development of employees, as well as the smooth running of the service. You supervise the planning of staff interventions with our clients, who present a disability or a state of physical or mental dependency. You collaborate closely with your counterpart team leader, as well as with the center manager.

PROFILE

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing or a title deemed equivalent (Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas)
• Confirmed experience in a pediatric care service
• Training in management, an asset
• Experience in management, leadership, and team supervision, an asset
• Spirit of initiative, ease of communication
• Good ability to adapt to significant changes
• Ability to work autonomously and to deal with crisis situations
• Positive attitude, open-mindedness, dynamism, and rigor
• Mastery of common computer software
