The Stiftung Arkadis is a specialist center for children and adolescents with special health or social support needs. We offer therapy and counseling for children and adolescents with developmental risks, impairments, or disabilities, involving their environment.

Tasks ###

• Leading the areas of Special Education Services and Psychomotricity
• Ensuring high quality and continuous further development of work processes and methods
• Close cooperation with the area management and the management team, as well as participation in the further development of the area
• Promoting an open communication culture that supports creativity, innovation, and interdisciplinary cooperation
• Cooperation and networking with specialist agencies, professional associations, and other relevant stakeholders

Requirements ###

• Completed training in the special education, counseling, or therapeutic field and several years of relevant professional experience
• Leadership experience or basic knowledge in leadership is an advantage. Willingness to further develop in the area of leadership
• Cooperative leadership style, communication competence, and confident appearance
• Empathetic, reflective, and resilient personality with enjoyment in interdisciplinary cooperation
• Enjoyment in the further development of the specialist department
