• Working in a network: You maintain contact with referring agencies, relatives and treatment partners and contribute to good, continuous care.

What you bring with you

• A specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy or you are close to completion.
• Experience in psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment; experience in a semi-residential setting is welcome, but not a must.
• Joy in complex clinical questions and the courage to think in a differentiated manner even in uncertainty and to reflect on decisions together.
• An independent, structured way of working and a patient-oriented attitude.
• Team spirit, openness and desire for interprofessional cooperation at eye level.
• Curiosity, initiative and joy in not only using an offer, but further developing it.
• And yes: Humor helps. Not every treatment proceeds according to the textbook and not every day according to plan. All the more important is a team that holds together even in demanding situations and can laugh together.
