Registered Nurse HF (60% - 100%)

Spitex Dulliken, Obergösgen, Starrkirch-Wil has a catchment area of approximately 9`000 inhabitants. We offer services in the areas of assessment and counseling, basic and treatment care, housekeeping, as well as the meal service. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced, socially competent and cheerful personality as a Registered Nurse HF (60% - 100%) – with development opportunities, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:
Independent and competent implementation of outpatient care
Assumption of case management and responsibility for the care process
Carrying out needs assessments with InterRAI HC
Planning, coordination and evaluation of care
Advice and support for clients as well as their relatives
Cooperation with relatives, doctors and other specialist agencies
Participation in the further development of care quality
Possibility to take on additional specialist or management responsibility

What you bring to the position:
Diploma as a registered nurse HF
Experience in outpatient care is an advantage
Enjoyment of independent and responsible work
Interest in the further development of specialist knowledge and quality
Appreciative and solution-oriented communication
Strong social competence
Driver's license Cat. B, as well as own car, scooter or e-bike
