Your tasks
With our customers, you take over assignments in basic and treatment care
You play a decisive role in ensuring that our customers enjoy first-class and individual care at home
You advise and accompany our customers and their relatives, based on their individual needs
You carry out needs assessments with RAI-HC at the customer's location
You participate in preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures
Promotion of independence and quality of life of the customers in the domestic environment
You carry out comprehensive nursing anamneses and assessments
You instruct the subordinate employees in relation to nursing measures
You take over administrative tasks within the framework of case management
What you bring with you
Training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson
Advisory competence and ability to instruct clients and employees
Several years of professional experience in long-term care or Spitex sector is an advantage
Independent, structured and efficient working
You are resilient and flexible
You can already demonstrate further training certificates in the RAI-HC area or are ready to undergo further training promptly
