To reinforce the gerontopsychiatric team, we are looking for a Social Worker 70% workload immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks * Resource-oriented care and support of the residents * Interdisciplinary cooperation with nursing, the medical service, activation and other areas of Reusspark * Promotion of the community among the residents in the living area * Design of a meaningful daily structure with the residents * Care of the residents if required. Your profile * Completed training as a Social Worker HF or a completed degree in the field of Social Work * Professional experience in psychiatry/gerontopsychiatry is an advantage * Completed training as a nursing assistant SRK or willingness to complete this * Joy in working with mentally ill, elderly people * Willingness to work also on weekends and holidays * Ability to work in a team and flexibility * Good communication skills.
