Are you an experienced nursing professional with leadership experience and want to actively shape the future of care? As a Nursing Service Manager, you will take on a central role in the organization and further development of nursing quality within a renowned healthcare institution.
Your task is to lead teams, ensure nursing standards, and implement innovative concepts.

Our nursing personnel office in Walenstadtberg mediates qualified professionals to renowned hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and Spitex organizations. For this position, we are looking for a committed leader who combines professional expertise with organizational skill.

Your tasks – responsibility for quality and team leadership

• Management and organization of the nursing service, taking into account current nursing and economic standards
• Leadership, motivation, and development of the nursing team
• Ensuring high-quality and patient-oriented care
• Planning and optimization of workflows as well as efficient personnel planning
• Implementation and further development of nursing concepts and quality assurance measures
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors and other healthcare professionals
• Contact person for employees, patients, and relatives

Your profile – leadership competence with nursing expertise

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH or comparable qualification
• Further training in nursing management, leadership, or health economics is an advantage
• Several years of experience in a leadership role in the nursing sector
• High social competence and strong communication skills
• Organizational strength, assertiveness, and decisiveness
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
