• You perform spiroergometric performance tests including gas analysis and relevant cardiovascular and metabolic parameters.
• You independently apply various test protocols in the endurance area and adapt them according to the respective question, sport, and performance level. (e.g., incremental workload tests, ramp protocols, constant workloads, and sport-specific testing procedures)
• You select suitable measurement methods and test protocols and ensure their standardized and high-quality implementation on various ergometric systems and with different scientific measurement apparatus.
• You evaluate measurement results, interpret and categorize them taking into account individual performance requirements and the sport-specific context, discuss the results with the female and male athletes, and derive relevant insights for training and performance development.

WHAT DISTINGUISHES YOU?

• You have a completed MSc degree in movement sciences and sport, sports science, sports physiology, or a comparable education.
• You have sound knowledge of performance physiology and endurance physiology as well as several years of experience in conducting and evaluating scientific measurements and performance tests.
• You have proven experience in conducting spiroergometric performance tests and in the interpretation of gas, cardiovascular, and performance-related parameters.
• You have experience with different measurement apparatus and diagnostic systems and can use them independently and to the highest quality standard.
• You have sound experience in the application of various test protocols in the endurance area and can specifically select and implement them depending on the question, sport, and performance level.
