For our therapy location in Schüpfen, we are looking for, starting from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement

Hippotherapist for 4 lessons (9.76%)

every Wednesday morning

The position is initially fixed-term until 30 June 2027. If there is mutual interest, there is the possibility to continue the employment afterwards on an indefinite basis and with a higher workload.

What you can achieve with us:
As a hippotherapist, you will treat children and adolescents in an individual setting, maintain the corresponding documentation, and work closely with the special education riding therapist, the horse handlers, and the voluntary helpers on site. The therapies are currently carried out on Wednesday mornings. In the future, there is the prospect of additional lessons and thus a possible increase in the degree of employment. The exact scope and timing of an expansion are currently still open.

What you bring with you:
You have a diploma in physio- and hippotherapy for children and - if possible - experience in the therapy of children and adolescents with impairments. You are an open and flexible personality and enjoy working with different stakeholders (parents, special educators, doctors, IV). Confident use of common Office programs is a matter of course for you.

What you can look forward to:
We offer a varied and responsible activity with well-trained therapy horses and optimal infrastructure. You will work with experienced horse handlers. The working hours coincide with regular school operations, i.e., no therapies take place during school holidays.
