Your tasks with the new employer:

• You take over the professional and individual nursing and care of elderly people as well as people with dementia and ensure a high quality of care
• Responsibility for the entire nursing process and primary nursing is among your central tasks, whereby you specifically apply nursing concepts such as validation, kinesthetics, and palliative care
• You take over day, shift, and house responsibility in different services and, together with the nursing team, ensure a smooth and professional daily nursing routine
• The accompaniment and promotion of apprentices, students, and interns enriches your professional daily life, while with an FH degree, you can additionally take over tasks in nursing quality and concept development

• A completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or an equivalent recognized qualification forms the basis for this responsible position
