Healthcare Professional EFZ

Tasks of a FaGe:

• Care for and support patients
• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing and eating
• Measure vital signs such as pulse, blood pressure and temperature
• Administer medication according to instructions
• Care for wounds and change dressings
• Observe health status and report changes
• Maintain nursing documentation
• Accompany patients in everyday life
• Support and inform relatives

Requirements for a FaGe:

• Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (EFZ) as Healthcare Professional
• Empathy and patience
• Sense of responsibility
• Good observation and communication skills
• Physical and mental resilience
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
• Good German language skills
• Careful and independent way of working
• Respectful interaction with patients and relatives
