Your tasks:

• Support of our clients with daily basic care
• Help with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, as well as mobilization
• Support with food intake
• Accompanying and caring for them in the home environment
• Promotion of independence and well-being
• Observation of changes and passing on important information to the responsible nursing specialists
• Documentation of the services provided
• Compliance with hygiene and quality guidelines

Your profile:

• Completed course as a nursing assistant SRK or an equivalent, recognized qualification in Switzerland
• Joy in dealing with elderly, sick, and people in need of support
• Empathy, patience, and respectful interaction
• Reliable and independent way of working
• Good German language skills
• Driver's license category B
• Flexibility regarding work assignments
• Professional experience in nursing or Spitex is an advantage
