Your task

You accompany people with a brain injury or physical impairment in their everyday life and support them in achieving their personal goals. In doing so, you orient yourself towards their individual needs, resources, and wishes.

Your tasks include:

• Individual accompaniment and support in everyday life.
• Taking over nursing and agogic tasks.
• Promotion of independence, self-determination, and social participation.
• Design of leisure and occupation offers.
• Responsible implementation of medication management.
• Administrative tasks and active collaboration in key person work.
• Cooperation with relatives as well as internal and external specialists.
