Job Description ##

• Technical, personnel, and organizational leadership of the entire nursing sector
• Ensuring professional and high-quality outpatient care
• Responsibility for the organization and coordination of nursing assignments
• Leadership, support, and further development of employees
• Responsibility for efficient assignment and resource planning
• Ensuring and further developing nursing quality
• Responsibility for the correct implementation and documentation of nursing processes
• Monitoring and optimization of internal workflows and processes
• Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety specifications
• Contact person for clients, relatives, employees, as well as external specialist agencies
• Close cooperation with doctors, insurance companies, and other partners
• Support and accompaniment of employees in complex nursing situations
• Active participation in the strategic and technical further development of the Spitex
• Support in direct care if required

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Professional HF or FH
• Professional experience in Spitex is mandatory
• Leadership experience in the nursing sector is an advantage
• Experience in the organization and coordination of outpatient nursing services
• Good knowledge of nursing processes and nursing documentation
• Strong leadership and social competence
• Highly organized, independent, and solution-oriented personality
• Responsible and reliable way of working
• Joy in the leadership and development of employees
• Good communication skills and professional appearance
• Driver's license category B
• Willingness for a workload of mandatory 80 to 100 %
