For our client, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH for a modern medical facility in the public sector in Zollikon (Switzerland). The organization is well-established, managed with a hands-on approach, and places great importance on quality-oriented, respectful care.

Your tasks

• 1:1 care and close, individual support of patients in a psychiatric context
• Implementation and assurance of professional care according to standards and medical specifications
• Assessment, documentation, and monitoring of nursing needs, symptoms, and progress
• Planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing measures within the interdisciplinary team
• Active communication with patients and relatives - respectful and understandable
• Close exchange with doctors as well as therapists to ensure treatment goals are met
• Participation in quality assurance and the continuous improvement of processes
• Ensuring patient safety in shift operation

Your profile

• Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or equivalent recognition by the SRK
• Experience in psychiatry (desirable: practical routine in ward or care daily life)
• High social competence and confident, calm communication in 1:1 care
• Fluent English skills for care and exchange in everyday life (at least B2)
• Reliability, sense of responsibility, and professional handling of challenging situations
• Strong documentation and organizational skills (clean nursing planning, traceable progress reports)
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to cooperate with various professional groups
• Resilience and ability to work under pressure in shift operation
