Leading a zone with the assigned patient group
Adequate delegation of nursing actions in patient-centered care
Working according to the principles of Lean Hospital in a dynamic team of 47 employees
Working in job sharing possible
Competencies and potential
Basis: Diploma as Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann (HF, FH or equivalent)
Preferably: Experience in an acute care facility
Very preferably: high patient orientation and strong organizational skills
And also: great team player qualities
Absolutely: enjoyment of a varied and lively hospital daily routine
