We are redesigning daily life design / activation and are forming a new team to do so, which primarily plans and implements offers in daily life design / activation on the residential groups in cooperation with the nursing teams. Employee for Daily Life Design/Activation (30 - 80%)

Your main tasks:

Planning, organization and implementation of daily, leisure and activation offers on the residential groups as well as co-organization / assistance with dahay events

Consideration of the interests, abilities and self-determination of the residents in coordination with the responsible contact persons of the nursing and care team of the residential group

Co-responsibility for the correct maintenance of the electronic nursing documentation

Resource-oriented support of residents

Your profile:

• At least basic training as a specialist for daily life design and activation or equivalent
• 2 years of professional experience (advantageous)
• High social, methodological and specialist competence
• Strong communication skills in dealing with elderly people
