Assistant in Community Nursing and Care (ASSC) in rehabilitation

Responsibilities

• Ensure hygiene, comfort, and patient mobilization care, in collaboration with the nursing team.
• Accompany patients in activities of daily living, promoting their autonomy and rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (nurses, physiotherapists, doctors) to ensure consistent follow-up.
• Transmit relevant observations on the state and evolution of patients.

Qualifications

• CFC as assistant in community nursing and care (ASSC) or a title deemed equivalent.
• Recognition by the Swiss Red Cross for foreign diplomas.
• Experience with elderly people desired; experience in rehabilitation would be an asset.
• Good ability to adapt and sense of observation.
• Empathy, patience and sense of teamwork in a multidisciplinary setting.
