Do you enjoy working with children and adolescents and want to bring your experience as an MPA to a versatile pediatric environment? For our pediatric practice in Muri, we are looking for a dedicated MPA to strengthen our team as of 1 January 2027. Your working days are every Wednesday as well as every second Friday. You will provide holistic and individual care for newborns, children, and adolescents and support the medical team in their daily work. In doing so, you will contribute to high-quality and child-friendly care with your professional competence and empathy.

Tasks ###

• You provide professionally competent, empathetic, and individual care for newborns, children, and adolescents up to the age of 16.
• You assist in the general pediatric consultation and support the medical team with examinations and treatments.
• You take over administrative tasks such as opening cases, appointment scheduling, and processing orders.
• You receive telephone calls, triage them, and advise patients and their parents competently and friendly.
• You ensure high quality and continuity in the treatment process and actively contribute to the further development of our processes.

Profile ###

• You have completed training as a medical practice assistant (MPA) EFZ.
• You bring several years of professional experience as an MPA, ideally in the field of pediatrics or in the care of children and adolescents.
• You enjoy interacting with young patients and approach them and their parents empathically and professionally.
• You possess high social competence, are strong communicators, and have a quick grasp of things.
• You work independently, reliably, and in a structured manner even in hectic situations.
• You value teamwork and interdisciplinary cooperation with the medical team and other specialists.

The pediatric practice Muri is operated by our cooperation partner Kantonsspital Baden. The location of the pediatric practice is in Spital Muri. Employment is provided by Kantonsspital Baden and its employment conditions apply.

Working hours ###

The standard working time for the company is 42 hours per week for a full-time position (excluding doctors). Annual working time applies, which ensures the highest possible flexibility in the design of working hours. Service requests are implemented if possible and part-time employment is possible in many functions - including leadership positions.
