Our client is an established Swiss rehabilitation clinic with around 1'000 employees, which specializes in the interdisciplinary and holistic care of patients. Through the close exchange of various specialist departments and a modern infrastructure, the best possible rehabilitation is enabled, supported by a collegial and family-like working environment. To strengthen a motivated team, we are looking for a committed personality as a Healthcare Professional (60%).

Your tasks

• Implementation of rehabilitation nursing according to a holistic concept
• Cooperation with specialists of various types of therapy
• Participation in case discussions and supervisions
• Care of severely affected patients
• Collaboration in an interdisciplinary working environment
• Support in the continuous improvement of patient care

Your profile

• Completed training as a Healthcare Professional EFZ
• Experience in rehabilitation is an advantage
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Interest in working with severely affected patients
• Openness to new things and development
• Reliability, initiative, and flexibility
• Strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness
• Motivation and enthusiasm for the nursing profession
