• You bear responsibility for the nursing process within the framework of the primary caregiver concept, incorporating the nursing models and nursing diagnoses applied at LUKS
• Participation in improving the quality and effectiveness of nursing is also part of your area of responsibility
• You undertake the coordination of nursing in interprofessional cooperation. In doing so, you promote interdisciplinary exchange and thus contribute significantly to the holistic care of patients
• As a vocational trainer, you accompany and promote our trainees in their professional and personal development. With targeted guidance, constructive feedback, and an appreciative learning atmosphere, you make an important contribution to the implementation of our educational mandate

Your experience ###

• You have training as a registered nurse HF/FH and act competently and confidently even in demanding situations. Ideally, you bring experience in vocational training as well as corresponding further training, or are willing to complete it
• In a dynamic work environment, you maintain an overview even under pressure. Your open and solution-oriented manner promotes a positive working atmosphere and supports efficient cooperation in the team
• You possess strong social competence in dealing with patients as well as their relatives and approach them with empathy, appreciation, and sensitivity
