For a modern and appreciative Spitex organization in the Zurich area, we are looking for an engaged Healthcare Specialist EFZ (FaGe) (m/f/d) in permanent employment, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks ##

• Professional care and support of clients in the home environment
• Execution of nursing and medical-technical tasks according to competencies
• Support in promoting and maintaining the independence of clients
• Implementation of medical prescriptions and participation in the nursing process
• Observation of the health status as well as passing on relevant information to the responsible nursing professionals
• Professional administration of medication and support with therapeutic measures
• Advice and accompaniment of relatives in daily care
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with nursing professionals, doctors, and other specialist agencies
• Seamless electronic nursing documentation

Your profile ##

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Professional experience in Spitex, acute, or long-term care is an advantage
• Enjoyment of independent and responsible work
• High social competence as well as an empathetic and reliable personality
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Driver's license category B is an advantage
• Confident handling of digital work tools
