Our Centres Médico-Sociaux (CMS) offer the population of the Ouest Lausannois quality multidisciplinary services and their interventions are based on values of humanity and equity.

In order to complete our teams, we are looking for our CMS in Bussigny for a:

Occupational Therapist (80%)

Your mission will be to manage rehabilitation and re-education situations for our clients of all ages in order to preserve as well as develop their autonomy.

Your main tasks:

• Evaluate the needs in terms of prevention, rehabilitation and re-education of clients and, in partnership, the occupational goals and the related intervention plan
• Intervene at the client's home in order to meet the objectives while promoting the maintenance and development of their skills
• Propose therapeutic and/or auxiliary means and implement them in partnership with approved suppliers
• Propose treatments, advise and support the client and their entourage
• Coordinate the client's care with the multidisciplinary team and the network
• Ensure the reference of the clients assigned to you and manage the documentation related to your activity

Your Profile:

• HES diploma in occupational therapy or a title deemed equivalent recognized in Switzerland
• Interest in the promotion and development of one's field of activity among colleagues
• A first professional experience in a rehabilitation service, in home care or in a private medical practice
• Negotiation skills and an asserted professional positioning
• Ability and interest in working in an interdisciplinary team and with network partners
• Being comfortable in supporting clients presenting mental health pathologies represents an asset
• Mastery of common IT tools
