Three high-quality equipped treatment rooms as well as a contemporary diagnostic infrastructure with its own X-ray and laboratory create excellent conditions for comprehensive general practitioner care. You will be supported by a well-coordinated team of three employees in the medical field, which ensures smooth daily practice operations and professional care for the patients.

Your area of responsibility

In your function as a leading physician, you assume medical responsibility and decisively shape the professional orientation of the practice. In addition to the demanding general practitioner activity, you actively shape the medical and structural further development, set new impulses, and contribute to the continuous optimization of the practice processes.
As a central medical contact person, you combine medical competence with leadership strength and strategic foresight. You promote constructive cooperation within the team, strengthen professional exchange with external partners, and further develop the medical offering according to the needs of the patients. In doing so, you enjoy the necessary scope for design to contribute your own ideas, drive forward innovative approaches, and sustainably help shape the future of the practice.

Your personality

We are looking for a personality with a specialist title in General Internal Medicine, General Medicine, or as a Practical Physician (FMH or EU-equivalent), ideally with experience in outpatient primary care. You think in networks, act independently, work in a structured manner, and communicate with natural sovereignty. Teamwork, empathy, and joy in the further development of a modern care practice characterize you.
