Head of Nursing Eye Clinic and Member of the Clinic Management

Your field of activity ###

• As Co-Head of the Eye Clinic, you will assume the strategic and operational management of the nursing service including OR, recovery room, and day clinic, with partial responsibility for the entire eye clinic.
• You are responsible for the direct and indirect leadership of the nursing area and bear co-responsibility for the entire eye clinic (approx. 250 employees).
• You optimize processes and resources, drive digitalization forward, and bear budget responsibility for your management area while keeping an eye on the overall budget of the eye clinic.
• You derive suitable measures from leadership KPIs to develop the eye clinic and position it successfully in the long term.

Your experience ###

• You have completed training in nursing and have already completed further training in business administration, leadership, or corporate management.
• You possess several years of leadership experience and are accustomed to implementing strategic and operational measures.
• You are an innovative and empathetic leader, think strategically, and implement projects in an interprofessional environment.
• Through your strong communication and teamwork skills, you successfully shape the change process and contribute positively to the corporate culture.
