Employee Medical Secretary / Medical Reporting

A warm welcome to your new place of work. The plastic surgery team offers you a position with a workload of approximately 60% (negotiable) as an Employee Medical Secretary / Medical Reporting. For the administrative support of our Plastic Surgery and our Breast Center, we are looking for a reliable personality. The focus of this versatile function lies in medical reporting. Additionally, you will support our team in daily practice operations and undertake holiday cover. If you also want to make a difference in people's lives, these are your tasks:

Focus on medical reporting:

• Correction, preparation, and dispatch of medical reports and medical correspondence, as well as independent processing and forwarding to referrers, insurance companies, and other recipients
• Ensuring linguistically, formally, and medically correct documentation
• Dispatch of prescriptions, insurance inquiries, and other medical documents
• Digitization, assignment, and filing of documents

Practice administration and holiday cover:

• Personal and telephone contact with patients, such as receiving and processing telephone calls and emails
• Appointment scheduling and coordination of consultations, as well as disposition and maintenance of medical agendas
• Administrative support in surgery planning and coordination
• Patient admission and support at the practice reception
• Performance recording as well as general administrative work
• Assistance in the daily practice operations of the Plastic Surgery and the Breast Center
• Holiday cover within the Plastic Surgery and the Breast Center

• Completed commercial training (KV), training as a medical secretary, or comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of medical terminology and proficiency in handling medical reports
• Stylish German in spoken and written form, as well as good English skills are an advantage
